Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method
Our default shipping carrier is USPS. Orders will be shipped via USPS unless an alternative shipping method is selected and paid for at checkout.

If USPS delivery is not available to your address, or if you are unable to receive packages via USPS, you must provide a valid PO Box to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for delivery issues resulting from an invalid or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you.
