Refund policy

Online Store Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

If an item shows signs of wear, use, or damage, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund amount. Items returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition may be refused.

Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers may choose to receive either a refund to the original method of payment or store credit, subject to approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
